Is This For You?

You're here because you're done. Done repeating the same mistakes. Done feeling like you're watching your life from the outside. Done pretending everything's fine.

Relationship dynamics keep repeating with different people or the same person

You succeed but feel empty, or sabotage yourself when things are going well

You know exactly what you should do, but keep doing the opposite

Persistent anxiety or depression despite living a life that looks good on paper

Your body experiences symptoms that no medical doctor can explain or cure

You feel like an imposter waiting to be found out, or a side-character in somebody else's life

Constantly meeting others' needs while losing touch with your own

Questioning your relationship with alcohol, drugs, porn, or other activities

You catch yourself saying "I don't know why I keep doing this"

There's no "right" reason to reach out for help. What matters is your readiness to explore what lies beneath the familiar stories you tell yourself. The patterns that feel permanent aren't. They're just the only ones you've known so far.

How I Work

You've reached a point where something needs to change. Maybe this is your first time considering therapy, or maybe you've already tried everything: coaching, medication, mindfulness, willpower, even other forms of therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR). Yet here you are, still caught in the same loops.

Most approaches focus on managing symptoms rather than understanding what creates them. I work differently. Instead of giving you techniques to cope, we explore together what your patterns might be trying to communicate.

Your unconscious mind speaks through dreams, accidents, slips of the tongue, and the symptoms that hound you. In our work, we create space where these communications can be heard. What emerges from this process varies profoundly from person to person. Some find their symptoms shift or dissolve. Others discover their symptoms had important things to say. Many experience both.

All sessions are conducted online throughout Massachusetts in complete confidentiality. A private space where you can explore without judgment or exposure.

Voices of Transformation

I started therapy because my relationship was going down the tubes, and I was totally fried from working all the time. David helped me to see that I was treating my whole life like a chess match I had to win. I thought I could outsmart my own anxiety and plan my way to happiness. Things aren't perfect now by any means, but I'm far more content. Plus, I can sleep, through the whole night, without any medication. That hasn't been the case since college.

J.S.

For six months, I was dealing with panic attacks that made no sense. I had everything going for me, at least, that's what I thought. Eighteen months later, and the panic attacks have disappeared. It turns out that "having everything going for me" meant living according to what I thought I should want rather than what I actually wanted. Finding the courage to disappoint others was the key to finding myself.

K.M.

I thought I needed strategies for work-life balance, but what I really needed was to figure out why I couldn't stop moving. After a couple years, I've finally grieved what I'd been running from since I was seven. Everything's shifted naturally after that.

M.L.

My marriage was falling apart, and I was sure it was my husband's fault. The yelling, the silences, the push and pull. I was doing exactly what I'd watched my parents do. Therapy with David helped me see I was trying to fix my childhood through my marriage. My husband wasn't the problem, so much as I was recreating the past. Once I stopped fighting old battles, our relationship turned a corner.
