About Me

After nearly a decade of practice, I've learned to listen differently. I listen for the patterns that run beneath the surface of words: the repetitions, contradictions, and revelations that often pass unnoticed.

While other approaches might offer coping strategies or constant validation, I work with the deeper logic that drives symptoms. Together, we can explore why you repeat certain patterns, why particular situations trigger unexpected reactions, and what your mind might be trying to communicate through the very problems that brought you here.

My own experience in this type of work showed me how profound change happens: not through advice or techniques, but through discovering what shapes our choices and desires. Each person teaches me new ways this process unfolds.

I work exclusively online throughout Massachusetts, maintaining a carefully limited practice focused on people who are ready to discover what they don't yet know about themselves. Most who work with me have tried other approaches without lasting success, because the real answers lie deeper than conscious awareness.

How My Approach is Different

There are many therapeutic approaches available today. What I offer is different, and not necessarily better. For some people, particularly those who find themselves returning to the same struggles despite their best efforts, this approach can open new possibilities. I listen for the contradictions, the slips, the places where deeper parts of your mind reveal themselves through your speech.

The symptoms that brought you here aren't random. They follow their own logic, which we can explore together. Your patterns, even the ones that frustrate you most, often serve purposes that aren't immediately apparent to conscious awareness.

Through careful attention to how your mind expresses itself, we can begin to hear the underlying patterns in your experience. What emerges from this work varies profoundly from person to person, often in surprising ways. This isn't the right approach for everyone, just as other methods aren't universal solutions either. The question is whether it resonates with what you're seeking.

Preliminary Interviews

Our first few meetings allow us to explore whether this approach fits what you're seeking. We'll both listen for how your particular patterns express themselves and consider together whether this type of work might be helpful.

Not everyone is ready for this work, and not every situation calls for it. But when the conditions are right, the changes that become possible often exceed what you thought was achievable.

A Particular Kind of Attention

I've trained in approaches that attend to how unconscious patterns communicate through symptoms, dreams, slips of the tongue, and what seem like coincidences. This allows us to explore what might be driving your difficulties rather than just managing their effects.

My practice is intentionally small because this work requires complete attention to the unique ways each person's mind expresses itself. I don't use standardized techniques because your deeper patterns don't operate according to standard formulas.

What This Means for You

If you're here, something has been trying to get your attention through symptoms, through patterns, through a persistent sense that something needs to change. That "something" has intelligence and purpose, even if it currently feels like an obstacle.

Together, we can explore what your symptoms might be trying to communicate and why they've been necessary. What emerges from this understanding differs for each person: some experience profound shifts, others find a different relationship to their patterns, many find both.
